Hello! I'm Elena, and I am here to help people with busy schedules get fit and stay fit.

With over 20 years of practicing yoga, I've seen the transformative power of holistic health. I became certified and began teaching in 2008, eventually adding certificates in Pilates and barre, and incorporating my certifications in energy work and plant-based nutrition.

My mission? To debunk the myth that you need a gym or to be a certain age to get real exercise. Exercise can happen anywhere—at home, while traveling, or even on a walk in the park. No matter at 25 or 85 - it’s never too late to learn to move intentionally, so that we can age with strength and mobility.
